This scale comes with a goal setting and tracking feature. The goal setting feature allows you to set a definitive weight goal that you want to reach. The tracking feature will track all of your statistics every time you step on the scale. Also, the scale comes with the option of normal and athlete mode. Athlete mode is for individuals who exercise at least 3 times a week, a minimum of 2 hours each time and the scale supports up to 8 users. If you have someone in the house that does not wish to use the app, no problem. The scale functions just like a regular body fat analyzer too!
